grubby stairs cheap slippers
The minibar included bottled water, but it offered nothing else. The stairs looked rather grubby, and the bathroom grout was not clean. I found no doorman offering assistance with bags upon arrival. The taps in the bathroom turned anti-clockwise to operate. I kept soaking myself when trying to turn them off! The slippers were cheap.

My cosy classroom room was great. the free soft drink minibar was a treat. It had water, juice, and soda! breakfast included both indian and english options, a delicious start to the day.
the cleaning staff chatted loudly in the hallway, this made resting during the day difficult

my room had a japanese wash toilet in the bathroom beds were comfortable with feather pillows the decor was stylish i found the staff warm and cute.

adequate stay, some disappointments
noisy room lack of privacy
the location is convenient for accessing tower bridge. the building itself has an interesting design.
the room i booked, a cosy classroom, was not as expected. noise was a problem, i could clearly hear footsteps above me and what sounded like a bath being filled late at night. the proximity to a nearby building meant i had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy.

fabulous!
free minibar coffee machine attractive decor quiet atmosphere
I just loved the free soft drink minibar and also that they had a kettle and coffee machine for the mornings. The shower was amazing! the attractive decor of the room added to the experience. i especially appreciated how quiet it was!
The cleaning took forever. It really was like it dragged on as the cleaning staff started, took the bottles, and then there was so much chatting for hours!

the immaculate room had a nicely stocked free soft drink minibar! the high tech toilets were a favorite feature and were very clean! i found the cozy classroom perfect.

My Lambeth Suite was well-appointed. It included a separate seating area and a work desk. The bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower.. Breakfast offered both Indian and English options and was served in a beautiful dining room.

cozy room complimentary mini bar amazing shower comfortable robes
i got a cozy classroom room. i really loved the complimentary mini bar! it had snacks and drinks that were restocked daily. plus, the shower had amazing pressure and the robes were super comfortable
The gym was a bit small, with only a few pieces of equipment. I wanted more variety, though i managed a quick workout.
